甘薯安全贮藏的影响因素及调控技术研究

摘　　要：甘薯在贮藏过程中容易发生腐烂、病害现象,影响商品品质和经济效益。在彰武县甘薯主栽区进行实地调研,分析影响甘薯贮藏保鲜的主要因素,提出甘薯安全贮藏的技术措施,以期为提高甘薯贮藏品质、延长保鲜期提供参考。Sweet potato is prone to rot and disease during storage,which affects commodity quality and economic benefit.Field research carried out in the main planting area of sweet potato in Zhangwu County,this paper analyzed the main factors affecting the storage and preservation of sweet potato,put forward and the technical measures for safe storage of sweet potato,in order to provide reference for improving the storage quality and prolonging the preservation period of sweet potato.
