高校创新创业文化建设背景下涉农人才培养研究

摘　　要：创新与国家和民族的发展进步息息相关,我国作为农业大国,农产品生产、销售等方面均需要创新创业型人才的参与。高校校园创新创业文化建设是创新创业教育的重要组成部分。以辽宁大学银杏节系列文化活动等为例,展示创新创业文化建设方案及涉农人才培养成果,以期为其他高校创新创业文化建设工作开展提供借鉴。Innovation is closely related to the development and progress of the country and the nation.As a big agricultural country,China needs innovative and entrepreneurial talents to participate in the production and sales of agricultural products.The construction of campus innovation and entrepreneurship culture is an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Taking the series of cultural activities such as The Ginkgo Festival of Liaoning University as an example,the construction scheme of innovation and entrepreneurship culture and the achievements of the cultivation of agriculture-related talents are displayed,in order to provide reference for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in other universities.
