雾化吸入布地耐德混悬液治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎疗效分析及对患儿治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的研究布地耐德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎(AIL)的临床价值.方法将我院2018年4月-2020年1月76例AIL患儿按随机数表法设置研究组(36例)与对照组(40例),对照组给予地塞米松,研究组给予布地耐德,均持续治疗1周.治疗前后检测D-二聚体(D-D)、血小板计数(PLT)、免疫球蛋白A与G(IgA、IgG)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞比率(NEUT%),对比两组患儿治疗依从性及不良反应.结果治疗前两组各指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组D-D、Fbg、PLT、IgA、IgG、CRP、WBC、NEUT%低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05),总不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论布地耐德雾化吸入可减轻AIL患儿气道炎性症状并改善微循环,用药安全性及依从性均较高.Objective To study the clinical value of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis(AIL).Methods 76 cases of children with ail in our hospital from April 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into study group(36 cases)and control group(40 cases),the control group was given rlexamethasnne,the study group was given budesonide,both of which were treated for 1 week.D-Dimer(D-D),platelet count(PLT),immunoglobulin A and G(IgA,IgG),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),and neutrophil ratio(neut)were detected before and after treatment.The treatment compliance and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in each index level between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the D-D,FBC,PLT,IgA,IgG,CRP,WBC,neut%of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P><0.05);the total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P><0.05),and the total adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation can reduce airway inflammatory symptoms and improve microcirrulation in children with ail,and the safety and compliance of hudesonifle are high.
