摘  要:目的探讨本院多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率变化与抗菌药物使用量之间的相关性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法通过调查6类抗菌药物在2018年下半年~2020年间每半年的平均每日每百张床位所消耗的用药频度(DDDs/100BD)和每半年多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率的变化,运用SPSS 19.0进行pearson分析同期多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率与抗菌药物使用量的相关性。结果多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率与抗菌药物使用量相关性分析显示:只有碳青霉烯类(r=0.93,P<0.05)每半年的DDDs/100BD与多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率之间呈正相关,有统计学意义。其他青霉素类、头孢类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类、磺胺类每半年的DDDs/100BD与多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的检出率无相关关系。结论为延缓耐药菌检出率的快速增加,建议临床治疗中严格掌握抗菌药物应用指征,根据药敏试验结果选择用药,进一步控制和减少相关抗菌药物的使用量。OBJECTIVE To investigate correlation between the detection rate of multiresistance acinetobacter baumannii and consumption of antibacterial drugs in a hospital and to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics. METHODS The average daily consumption frequency per 100 beds of 6 types of antibacterial drugs from the second half of 2018 to 2020 every six months(DDDs/100 BD) and the change of the detection rate of multi-drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii of every six months were investigated SPSS19.0 was used for pearson analysis to analyze the correlation between the detection rate of multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii and the use of antibiotics. RESULTS The correlation analysis between the detection rate of multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii and usage amount of antibiotics showed that, only carbapenems(r=0.93, P<0.05) of every six months of DDDs/100 BD had a positive correlation with the detection rate of multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii.Every six months of DDDs/100 BD with other penicillins, cephalosporins, quinolones, aminoglycosides, sulfonamides had no correlation with the detection rate of multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii. CONCLUSION In order to delay the rapid increase of the detection rate of drug-resistant bacteria, it is suggested to strictly grasp the application indications of antibiotics in clinical treatment, and select drugs according to the results of drug sensitivity test and control and reduce the use of related antibiotics further.
