摘　　要：全国计算机等级考试由教育部考试中心主办,面向广大在校大学生和社会考生,用于考查应试人员的计算机应用知识和能力。考试规模大,社会认可度高,为国家计算机基础教育作出了重要贡献。但由于受社会环境、信息技术以及高科技作弊手段等影响,全国计算机等级考试存在一定的风险和问题。本研究致力于考务管理方面的问题和风险防控,尽可能把考务管理方面的风险降到最低以确保考试安全进行,提高全国计算机等级考试质量,提升考试公平性、公正性。The National Computer Rank Examination(NCRE)is organized by the National Examinations Authority of the Ministry of Education.It is aimed at college students and social examinees,which is used to test the examinees'knowledge and ability of computer application.The examination scale is large.The majority of examinees have high recognition for the examination which has made the important contribution to the national computer basic education.However,the national computer rank examination exits certain risks and problems due to the influence of social environment,information technology and high-tech cheating methods.This research is devoted to the problem and risk control so that the risk of examination management is minimized to ensure the safe conduct of the examination.At the same time the quality of the national computer rank examination will be improved throughout this study,also the fairness and impartiality of the examination will be enhanced.
