摘　　要：目的探讨扁桃体切除术对成年男性患者嗓音功能的影响。方法对38例II度、III度扁桃体肥大或慢性扁桃体炎成年男性患者,在全麻下行等离子刀双侧扁桃体切除术,分别于术前、术后1、3个月行嗓音声学分析,比较手术前后发长元音/a/的嗓音基频(F0)、频率微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)、噪谐比(NHR)和第一、二、三共振峰(F1、F2、F3)频率。结果与术前相比,所有患者术后1个月及3个月时的嗓音基频(F0)、基频微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)无明显差异(P>0.05),噪谐比(NHR)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与术前相比,所有患者术后1个月及3个月时的F1、F2频率无明显差异(P>0.05);F3频率术后明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扁桃体切除术3个月内会导致成年男性嗓音NHR及元音第三共振峰频率改变。Objective To study the change of acoustic voice parameters after tonsillectomy in adult patients.Methods A total of 38 adult patients undergoing an tonsillectomy in our department from 2018 to 2019 were included in the study.Change of fundamental frequency,jitter,shimmer,noise-harmonic ratio(NHR)and F1,F2,F3 at 1 month and 3 month postoperative was compared to preoperative values were the primary outcome parameters.Statistical analysis was performed using repeated measures analysis of variance model.Results The values of fundamental frequency,jitter,shimmer,F1 and F2 did not alter at 1month and 3 month postoperative(P>0.05).NHR and F3 decreased significantly at 1 month and 3 month postoperative(P<0.05).Conclusion The tonsillectommeay change the structure of resonance cavity and affect the quality of voice consequently.
