摘 要:选择H2O2—有机酸作为氧化脱硫反应体系,砜类氧化产物用极性溶剂从柴油中萃取分离,并引入功率超声为反应提供能量,确定柴油氧化脱硫最佳工艺条件:醋酐做催化剂,质量分数:3%,30%过氧化氢做氧化剂,质量分数:5%,超声氧化反应温度40℃,反应时间16min;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺做萃取剂,萃取油剂质量比1∶1,超声萃取时间4 min;可以将直柴硫质量分数由840μg·g^(-1)脱除到320μg·g^(-1),最大脱硫率:61.9%,柴油回收率:89.25%。Sulfone oxidation products were extracted and separated from diesel oil with polar solvent.Power ultrasound was introduced to provide energy for the reaction.The optimal process conditions were determined as follows:using acetic anhydride as catalyst,its dosage 3%,using 30%hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,its dosage 5%,ultrasonic oxidation reaction temperature 40℃,reaction time 16 min;N,N dimethylformamide was used as extractant,the ratio of oil to solvent was 1∶1,and ultrasonic extraction time was 4 min.Under above conditions,the sulfur mass fraction of straight-run diesel was decreased from 840μg·g^(-1)to 320μg·g^(-1),the maximum desulfurization rate was 61.9%,and the diesel oil recovery rate was 89.25%.
