摘 要:对于海上油田的石油开采,基本全部采用输油管道的形式进行外输,随着开采技术的不断进步,油田的深入开发开采,原部分铺设使用的管道已不能满足当前一段时间的开发形势,成为部分油田增产上产的瓶颈。某海上油田采油平台因外输条件变化导致管道输送压力增加,外输泵背压上升,为保证外输量及外输泵安全运行,筛选了一种降阻剂进行现场试验应用,有效缓解了外输压力,解决了油田增产的外输难题。For the offshore oil exploitation,oil transportation pipeline is the common mode of transportation, with the development of production technology and further exploration of oil field, the transportation pipeline can not satisfy the current exploration situation, which becomes the bottleneck of production increase in oil field. The pressure of transportation pipeline increased due to the change of transportation condition in an offshore oil production platform, so the outlet pressure of crude oil transportation pump increased, in order to ensure transportation quantity and safety of crude oil transportation pump, a kind of drag reduction agent was screened and used in the field, which effectively mitigated the transportation pressure,solved the problem of production increase in the oil field.
