摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法,以C18为色谱柱,用V(乙腈)∶V(水)=50∶50作为流动相,使用二极管阵列检测器在230nm同时测定乙草胺和丙炔氟草胺的质量分数,标准偏差分别为乙草胺0.1778,丙炔氟草胺0.0411,变异系数分别为乙草胺0.33%,丙炔氟草胺0.18%。经验证添加回收率分别为乙草胺99.19%,丙炔氟草胺99.35%;线性相关系数分别为乙草胺0.9995,丙炔氟草胺0.9994。Using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with C18 as the chromatographic column,V(acetonitrile)∶V(water)=50∶50 as the mobile phase,the mass fractions of acetochlor and flumioxazin were simultaneously determined by a diode array detector at 230 nm.The standard deviations of acetochlor and flumioxazin were 0.1778 and 0.0411,respectively,and the coefficients of variation were 0.33%and 0.18%,respectively.The verified recovery rates were 99.19%for acetochlor and 99.35%for acetochlor.The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9995 for acetochlor and 0.9994 for flumioxan.
