摘　　要：随着全球慢性阻塞性肺疾病患病率逐年加剧,呼吸康复作为慢性阻塞性肺疾病非药物治疗的重要方法之一日益受到重视。它是一项集运动训练、呼吸肌锻炼、气道廓清技术、营养支持、心理康复、健康教育等为一体的综合管理措施,具有改善患者肺功能、降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重风险、提高日常活动能力及生活质量的作用。本文主要对呼吸康复的个体化评估、内容及其运用等方面进行综述。With the global prevalence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease increasing year by year,respiratory rehabilitation has been paid more and more attention as one of the important methods for non-drug treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It is a comprehensive management measure which integrates exercise training,respiratory muscle exercise,airway clearance technology,nutritional support,psychological rehabilitation,health education and so on.it can improve patients’pulmonary function,reduce the risk of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and improve daily activity and quality of life.This article mainly reviews the individual evaluation,content and application of respiratory rehabilitation.
