摘　　要：目的:探讨可拆卸式输尿管软镜钬激光切开内引流术治疗肾囊性疾病的效果。方法:选取100例肾囊性疾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例。研究组给予可拆卸式输尿管软镜钬激光切开内引流术治疗,对照组给予腹腔镜下囊肿去顶减压术治疗。比较两组患者手术相关指标、治疗效果、复发情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术后12 h疼痛程度评分低于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可拆卸式输尿管软镜钬激光切开内引流术治疗肾囊性疾病,效果显著,并发症少,术后恢复快,安全性高。Objective: To investigate the effects of the detachable flexible ureteroscope holmium laser incision and internal drainage in the treatment of patients with renal cystic disease. Methods: A total of 100 patients with renal cystic disease were randomized into the study group and control group, each with 50 cases. The study group were treated with the detachable flexible ureteroscope holmium laser incision and internal drainage, while the control group were given treatment with retroperitoneal cystectomy and decompression. The operation-related indicators, treatment effects, recurrence and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results: The operation time hospital stay for the study group was shorter than that of the control group, the score of pain at 12 h after operation was lower than that of control group, and intraoperative blood loss of the study group was lower than that in the control group, which was of statistical difference between both groups(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the control group was slightly higher than that of the study group, with no statistical significance(P>0.05);and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The detachable flexible ureteroscope holmium laser incision and internal drainage for patients with renal cystic disease has significant clinical effects, with less complications, quick postoperative recovery, and high safety.
