急诊创伤外科模式在多发伤救治中的研究进展

摘　　要：随着创伤事件日益增多,多发伤的发生率明显增加,传统的多学科会诊模式已不能满足"黄金1 h"等要求。借鉴国外创伤中心模式并结合国内实际,我国部分医院引进了急诊创伤外科模式来救治多发伤,并取得了一定的成果。急诊创伤外科模式将院前急救、院内救治和创伤病房一体化,由急诊外科和创伤外科医师共同负责创伤的诊断、治疗和重症监护等工作。笔者就急诊创伤外科模式在多发伤救治中的研究进展进行综述。With the increasing number of traumatic events, the incidence of multiple trauma has increased significantly, and the traditional multidisciplinary consultation model has been unable to meet the "golden hour" requirements. Drawing on the model of foreign trauma centers and combining with domestic practice, some hospitals in China have introduced the emergency trauma surgery model to treat patients with multiple injuries and have achieved some results. The emergency trauma surgery model integrates pre-hospital care, in-hospital treatment with trauma ward, and the emergency surgery and trauma surgeons are jointly responsible for the diagnosis, treatment and intensive care of trauma. The author in this article briefly introduces the research progress of emergency trauma surgery mode for multiple trauma treatment.
