摘　　要：文章梳理了新基建及新型智慧城市的概念,对江苏省新型智慧城市信息化发展现状进行了分析,针对当前江苏存在的问题,提出通过5G、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术的创新应用,通过"四智共建"为抓手促进新型智慧城市信息化发展。The conceptions of new infrastructure and new smart city are sorted out in this paper.The present situation and the problems of the informationization of Jiangsu new smart city are analyzed.In view of the existing problems in Jiangsu,this paper proposes promoting the informationization development of Jiangsu’s new smart city by“four smart co-construction”and the innovative applications of 5G,big data and artificial intelligence are proposed.
