摘　　要：In order to implement the quality of full-time professional degree postgraduate education cultivation,the necessity of building an innovative base for cultivating professional degree postgraduates in civil engineering is discussed.Based on the problems ofthe integrated cultivation mode of industry-university-research,the effective mechanism for cultivating an innovative practice base for professional degree postgraduates in civil engineering is elaborated from the construction of the cultivation mode,system construction,daily management,and improvement of the rights and responsibilities of both parties,which provides guiding significance for better realizing the need to adapt to the development of high-level talents in society.
