健康中国背景下城市群众体育发展现状与优化策略

摘　　要：我国社会的主要矛盾已转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾,现阶段群众体育作为“健康中国”战略、推动群众健康纵深发展的重要手段,已无法满足人们现实需要。通过梳理相关文献资料、实地调查等方法对当前群众体育的开展状况剖析研究,发现当前城市群众体育发展存在模式陈旧、落脚点偏颇、社会组织及团体参与度不够等相关问题,并提出了相关解决思路。With the rapid development of society,the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between the people's ever-increasing demand for a good life and unbalanced and inadequate development.The present stage of mass sports,as an important means for the"Healthy China"strategy to promote the in-depth development of people's health,is unable to meet people's actual needs and pursuits.This paper analyzes and studies the current development of mass sports by sorting out relevant documents and field investigations,finds out related problems such as outdated development models,biased footholds,insufficient participation of social organizations and groups,etc.,and proposes related solutions.
