摘  要:直接还原铁技术与传统的长流程高炉炼铁相比具备流程短、污染小、且不受炼焦煤短缺影响的优点,其中气基法的发展越来越受到重视,本文主要分析了气基竖炉直接还原铁过程中的硫平衡,为环境影响评价工作带来相应的指导,对该类项目的废气污染防治措施提供技术参考。Compared with the traditional long flow blast furnace ironmaking,direct reduced iron technology has the advantages of short flow,less pollution and not affected by the shortage of coking coal,among which the development of gas based method has been paid more attention,in this paper,the sulfur balance in the process of gas-based shaft furnace direct reduced iron is analyzed,which provides the corresponding guidance for the environmental impact assessment work and provides the technical reference for the prevention and control measures of waste gas pollution in this kind of projects.
