摘  要:为提高轧机板形控制能力,某3800mm中板厂生产线精轧机采用变凸度工作辊,其辊形函数及参数决定了辊形的凸度控制能力与控制特性。为更充分发挥变凸度工作辊辊形的板形调控能力,结合实际辊形函数及参数,对生产现场变凸度工作辊进行了深入的研究,发现辊形二次凸度控制能力相对较强,且以辊缝负凸度控制为主;辊形几乎不具备四次凸度控制能力,且四次凸度控制能力与轮廓角密切相关;随着板宽减小,辊缝凸度控制能力迅速降低,使得轧机对相对较窄钢板易表现出凸度控制能力不足的问题。In order to improve the shape control ability of the rolling mill,a finishing mill of a 3800 mm medium plate plant adopts a variable crown work roll. The crown control ability and characteristics of the roll shape are determined by the shape function and parameters of the work roll. In order to give full play to the shape control ability of the variable crown work roll in the production field,combining with the actual roll shape function and parameters,in-depth research was carried out on the variable crown work roll. It was found that the secondary crown control ability of the roll shape was relatively strong,and the main control was the negative crown of the roll gap. The roll shape hardly has the ability to control the quaternary crown,and the quaternary crown is closely related to the contour Angle. As the plate width decreases,the crown control ability of the roll gap decreases rapidly,which makes the mill easy to show the problem of insufficient crown control ability for the relatively narrow plate.
