泥炮回转油缸内泄原因分析及修复

摘　　要：通过对发生内泄的油缸拆解,从油缸配合间隙、尺寸、粗糙度、装配、密封件等方面对造成泥炮回转油缸内泄的主要原因进行了分析,并根据分析结果对其进行了修复,经使用后成功解决了油缸内泄问题,本文也对液压油缸的设计制造使用中如何有效避免出现油缸内泄问题提供了参考。Through the disassembly of the oil cylinder with internal leakage,the main causes of the internal leakage of the rotary oil cylinder of the mud gun are analyzed from the aspects of the fit clearance,size,roughness,assembly,seals and so on. According to the analysis results,the internal leakage problem of the oil cylinder is successfully solved. This paper provides a reference for avoiding the internal leakage of oil cylinder in the design,manufacture and use of the hydraulic oil cylinder.
