摘　　要：基于正交实验设计的有限元工况计算和逐步回归分析,获得了拉矫延伸率和张力预测模型,为破鳞拉矫机结构设计和工艺参数设定提供了指导,为现场拉矫工艺参数的设定提供了一种有效方法。Based on the orthogonal experiment in the loadcase analysis of FEM and the stepwise regression method,the forecast models of elongation and tension are achieved,it can be referenced in the structure optimization,and it also provides an effective method for setting process parameters of tension leveling.
