摘　　要：主要介绍红河钢铁有限公司烧结厂采用空气炮对矿仓清堵的应用实践。烧结系统中用于存储粉状物料的粉矿、煤粉、溶剂等矿仓极易发生堵仓现象,频繁的堵仓影响烧结配料精准,导致烧结矿质量波动,通过安装应用空气炮,解决料仓堵料、下料不畅的问题,提高产品质量稳定。This paper mainly introduces the application of air gun in removing the blockage of ore bin in sintering plant of Honghe iron and Steel CO.,Ltd.,In the sintering system,the bin of powder ore,Coal powder and solvent used to store powder materials are easy to be blocked,Frequent blocking affects the accuracy of sintering ingredients and leads to the fluctuation sinter quality. Application of air gun by installation can solve the problem of blocking and poor blanking in the bin and improve the stability of product quality.
