摘　　要：主要通过实践工作中总结出的20辊单机架轧机的安装要点,介绍轧机的主要组成部分,以及为了轧制出高精密带钢,对于安装技术,提出的一系列安装要求,安装注意事项,重点介绍了轧制本体、主减速箱、板型辊等重点设备的安装难点、重点,希望对今后轧机安装调试工作提供有益的借鉴。This paper mainly introduces the main installation points of 20 roll single stand rolling mill,introduces the main parts of rolling mill,and puts forward a series of installation requirements and points for attention for the installation technology in order to roll high precision strip steel.This paper mainly introduces the installation difficulties and emphases of rolling body,main reducer,plate roll and so on.
