摘  要:北极环境卫星遥感与数值预报合作平台的建设实现了多源极区遥感数据产品和数值模式产品的管理、综合分析和分发。该平台为北极国际科考船和商船提供航行安全保障服务。其中面向船舶航行需要提供大量的风云气象卫星遥感产品。而当前数据管理和服务系统依旧基于游离在外文件系统进行管理,应用广度和深度都很难满足需求。该软件增强对新数据资料和应用需求的支撑能力,通过标准化网格化的不同卫星遥感大数据,完成统一的网格模型入库,真正实现将遥感数据纳入数据库管理系统,同时实现了时间、空间和波段的任意数据挖掘功能。该软件为我国全球海洋立体观测网向极区的拓展,为卫星观测提供了有力支撑。The building of the Arctic environmental satellite remote sensing and numerical forecasting platform enables the management,comprehensive analysis and distribution of multi⁃source polar remote sensing data products and numerical model products.The platform guarantees navigation safety for international scientific research vessels and commercial vessels to the Arctic.A multitude of FY meteorological satellite remote sensing products are needed for ship navigation,but current data management and service systems still conduct management based on free⁃floating file systems and cannot meet the demand in breadth or depth of application.This software enhances the support of new data and application demand,and completes the unified grid model storage by standardizing and gridding different satellite remote sensing big data,to truly incorporate remote sensing data into database management systems and achieve the mining of any data in time,space and wave band,so that users can quickly integrate these data into their own application systems.This software provides the powerful support of satellite observations for the expansion of China’s stereoscopic observation network from the global oceans to the polar regions.
