摘 要:全光交换是光纤通信的发展趋势,而光开关是实现全光交换的核心器件。随着技术的进步,光开关的通道数越来越多,光信号在切换通道时,会产生阻塞,目前的研究中,对该方面的研究较少,如何解决光开关的阻塞问题,就成了目前研究的重点。基于解决这种问题的目的,文中采用了寻找MEMS(微机电系统)光开关无干扰点的方法,介绍了MEMS光开关技术,从设计方案、电路驱动控制模块、MEMS芯片的工作原理等方面进行论述,详细分析了MEMS光开关的阻塞问题,通过无干扰点的自动选取方法,结合所测波形图的试验得出,所设计的MEMS光开关具有严格无阻塞的功能。All⁃optical switching is the development trend of optical fiber communication,and optical switches are the core components to realize all⁃optical switching.With the advancement of technology,the number of channels of optical switches is increasing,and optical signals will be blocked when switching channels.In the current research,there is less research on this aspect.How to solve the blocking problem of optical switches is Become the focus of current research.Based on the purpose of solving this problem,this article adopts the method of finding no interference points for the micro⁃electromechanical system(MEMS)optical switches.It introduces MEMS optical switch technology,and from the design scheme,circuit drive control module,working principle of MEMS chip,etc.The blocking problem of the MEMS optical switch is analyzed in detail.Through the automatic selection method of non⁃interference point and the test of the measured waveform diagram,it is concluded that the MEMS optical switch of this design has a strict non⁃blocking function.
