摘 要:采用传统的功率密度激光清障技术设计的系统清障效果不高,且不易携带,CCD成像作为现代便携式仪器发展趋势,应用于光学远程清障中,成为清障系统设计的重要组成部分。根据系统硬件结构,设计半导体CCD传感器,以电荷为信号对其施加特定时序脉冲,并作定向传输。利用光谱采集子系统测量物质,通过色散器件确定波长色散位置。设计LED驱动电路,将电转化为光,满足光源需求。依据CCD成像原理,计算注入电荷,以全局时钟为基准,研究线阵CCD驱动脉冲产生机制,并设计清障流程。由实验结果可知,该系统可实现电线300棵树障的清除。The system designed with traditional power density laser obstacle clearance technology has low obstacle clearance effect and is not easy to carry.CCD imaging,as the development trend of modern portable instrument,has become an important part in the design of optical remote obstacle clearance system.According to the hardware structure of the system,the semiconductor CCD sensor is designed.The spectral acquisition subsystem is used to measure the material and the wavelength dispersion position is determined by the dispersion device.LED drive circuit is designed to convert electricity into light to meet the demand of light source.Based on the principle of CCD imaging,the injected charge is calculated,the global clock is taken as the reference,the driving pulse generation mechanism of linear CCD is studied,and the barrier clearance process is designed.The experimental results show that the system can remove 300 tree barriers.
