摘 要:通过智能穿戴设备中不同量化目标的设定,对老年人运动行为进行干预,分析干预前后所监测的数据变化,检验不同的目标设定对老年人有氧运动效果的影响是否具有差异性,进而提出老年人运动量自我监督和管理的建议目标值。结果显示:不同目标设定对老年人有氧耐力均有正面影响;PAI目标在对老年人心率储备功能提升幅度更明显。"日行万步"目标虽短期效益明显,但用于衡量运动负荷强度具有局限性;PAI目标设定在不高于靶心率上限的前提下,每周应有10%递增量。Through different quantitative targets setting in smart wearable devices,an exercise behavior intervention for the elderly was carried out,and the monitored data changes before and after the intervention were analyzed,aiming to test whether the different targets setting had differences on the effects of aerobic exercise for the elderly,then further to give suggests on the target value for their self-supervision and self-management.The results show that different targets setting had positive effects on the aerobic endurance of the elderly;PAI target increased old people’s heart rate reserve function more significantly;The goal of"walking ten thousand steps a day"had obvious short-term benefits,but it had limitations when used to measure the intensity of exercise load;The PAI target setting should increase by 10%per week under the premise that the target heart rate was not higher than the upper limit.
