摘　　要：姚美玉教授辨证治疗输卵管炎认为本病“正气不足为之本”“邪毒外侵为之始”“湿热缠绵为之形”“瘀阻管道为之终”。治疗分为3个阶段:初期邪毒外袭,予以清热解毒为治;进展期湿热内蕴,缠绵难愈,予以清热利湿之品,并少佐化瘀药,既病防变;终末期瘀阻管道,予以活血化瘀为主。同时,补益正气之法贯穿于整个病程。Professor Yao Meiyu,following the guidance of treatment being based on syndrome differentiation in her treatment of salpingitis,believes that the pathogenesis of the disease can be divided into the following four aspects:the deficiency of the vital qi as its root cause,the external assault by the pathogenic toxins as its onset,the lingering damp-heat as its symptoms,stagnation and obstruction in the oviduct as its end.Accordingly,she divides the treatment of the disease into three stages as well.Clearing heat and removing toxicity can be adopted for the treatment of the external assault by the pathogenic toxins in the initial stage.In its developing stage,the disease is manifested as the internal retention of damp-heat,which lingers over time and is difficult to deal with.As a consequence,the disease should be treated with drugs for clearing heat and promoting diuresis,supplemented by a small amount for removing blood stasis,so as both to treat the confirmed disease and to prevent its further transmission.While in its advanced stage,the disease is mainly treated by promoting the blood circulation for removing blood stasis as it accumulates in and blocks the oviduct.In addition,invigorating and replenishing the vital qi should be conducted throughout the entire treatment course.
