满药消痈膏治疗痈疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察满药消痈膏治疗痈疮的疗效性及安全性。方法将108例痈疮患者随机分为鲜品组、干品组和莫匹罗星软膏(百多邦)组,各36例。鲜品组应用消痈膏鲜品外敷,干品组应用消痈膏干品外敷,百多邦组应用莫匹罗星软膏(百多邦)外用治疗,治疗后比较3组总体疗效。结果鲜品组、干品组患者的总体疗效相当,但均优于百多邦组。结论满药消痈膏治疗痈疮疗效确切,安全可靠。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of traditional Manchu medicine Xiaoyong Ointment in the treatment of carbuncle.Methods A total of 108 patients with carbuncle were randomly divided into a fresh product group,a dry product group and a mupirocin ointment(Baiduobang)group.The fresh product group was given the external application of the ointment made of the fresh ingredients of Xiaoyong Ointment,and the dry product group was given the external application of the ointment made of the dry ingredients of Xiaoyong Ointment,and the Baiduobang group was applied mupirocin ointment(Baiduobang)for external use.After treatment,the overall efficacy of the three groups was observed and compared.Results The overall curative effect of the fresh product group and the dry product group were similar,but both were better than that of the Baiduobang group.Conclusion Xiaoyong Ointment of traditional Manchu medicine is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of carbuncle.
