理气活血汤联合常规西药治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟理气活血汤联合常规西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选取100例慢性盆腔炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟理气活血汤治疗。2组疗程均为6周。比较2组临床疗效及包块大小情况,观察2组治疗前后血液流变学指标及血清炎症因子水平的变化。结果:治疗6周后,观察组临床疗效总有效率为86.00%,高于对照组74.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,2组红细胞比积、全血黏度高切及全血黏度低切水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组上述3项水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,2组血清白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α及C-反应蛋白水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组上述3项水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,观察组包块平均直径小于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟理气活血汤联合常规西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效显著,可促进包块减小,加快血液循环,减轻炎症反应。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of self-made Liqi Huoxue tang combined with routine western medicine for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally given self-made Liqi Huoxue tang based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect and the sizes of mass in the two groups were compared;the changes in hemorheology indexes and the levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results:After six weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 86.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 74.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After six weeks of treatment,the levels of hematocrit,high shear viscosity of whole blood and low shear viscosity of whole blood in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After six weeks of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and C-reactive protein in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After six weeks of treatment, the average diameter of mass in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of self-made Liqi Huoxue tang combined with routine western medicine has significant curative effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, which can promote the reduction of the size of mass,accelerate blood circulation and reduce inflammatory reactions.
