摘　　要：近年来,传统推拿疗法虽在部分领域取得了飞速发展,但多细其形而荒其理,在具体作用机制上更是难以取得实质性进展。筋膜理论作为一种新兴理论,因其具有整体性、有效性、指导性而被广泛应用于康复、保健等领域,它的提出为我们提供了一个新的人体观与方法论,也为我们重新认识推拿的作用机制提供了一个全新的视野。故文章主要从筋膜理论角度深入探讨传统推拿作用机制,以期能推动传统推拿疗法朝着更加科学的方向发展。In recent years,although the traditional tuina therapy has made rapid development in some areas,most of which refined its superficial aspect but neglected its profound theory,it is difficult to make substantial progress in the specific mechanism. As a new theory, sinew-membranes theory is widely used in rehabilitation, health care and other fields because of its integrity,effectiveness and guidance,which provides us with a new view of human body and methodology as well as a new vision to re-understand the mechanism of tuina. Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the mechanism of traditional tuina from the perspective of sinew-membranes theory,in order to promote the development of traditional tuina towards a more scientific direction.
