耳穴贴压与穴位按摩联合常规护理干预脑卒中后认知障碍护理研究  

Nursing Study on Auricular Point Sticking and Point Massage Combined with Routine Nursing in Intervention of Cognitive Impairment After Stroke

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴贴压合穴位按摩联合常规护理干预脑卒中后认知障碍的护理效果。方法:选取90例脑卒中伴轻度认知功能障碍患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴贴压合穴位按摩。比较2组干预前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)评分及护理满意度。结果:干预前,2组MoCA评分及MMSE评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组MoCA评分及MMSE评分较干预前升高,且观察组MoCA评分及MMSE评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压合穴位按摩联合常规护理干预脑卒中后认知障碍患者,可以提高患者的认知功能,患者满意度较高。Objective:To observe the nursing effect of auricular point sticking and point massage combined with routine nursing in intervention of cognitive impairment after stroke. Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with stroke complicated with mild cognitive impairment were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was additionally treated with auricular point sticking and point massage. Before and after intervention, scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) and of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) were compared between the two groups. Nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups. Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of MoCA scores and MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention,scores of MoCA and MMSE in the two groups were increased when compared with those before intervention,and the two scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 93.33% in the observation group,higher than that of 77.78% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with cognitive impairment after stroke,the intervention of auricular point sticking and point massage combined with routine nursing can enhance their cognitive function with high nursing satisfaction.
