摘　　要：为了建立维护一个公平竞争的市场,就应该坚决破除市场垄断,健全完善的法律监管是促进市场健康发展的最基本的有效措施和保障。与此同时也需要从伦理道德层面寻求解决,需要呼唤企业家精神,弘扬企业家精神对于发展健康的经济市场同样有着积极的作用。企业家应该懂得感恩,有慈爱之心,有社会责任,有创新创业精神,有家国情怀,企业家应该与党和人民一起共同发展,带动全国人民共同致富,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦贡献力量。in order to establish and maintain a fair competition market,we should resolutely break the market monopoly,and perfect legal supervision is the most basic effective measure and guarantee to promote the healthy development of the market.At the same time,we also need to seek solutions from the ethical and moral level,call for entrepreneurship,and carry forward entrepreneurship,which also plays a positive role in developing a healthy economic market.Entrepreneurs should know how to be grateful,have a loving heart,have social responsibility,have the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship,and have the feelings of home and country.Entrepreneurs should develop together with the party and the people,drive the people of the whole country to get rich together,and contribute to the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
