大观园尼姑庵的建造与清宫的佛教信仰

摘　　要：为了迎接元妃省亲,贾府斥巨资建造了一座大观园,在园中还建了一处尼姑庵——栊翠庵,曹雪芹及脂批均未透露建造它的缘由和作用。清朝统治者对佛教有不同程度的信仰,为了便于礼佛,他们在宫廷或皇家园林中修建了许多礼佛场所,用以省亲的大观园中修建尼姑庵,实源于清宫中的佛教信仰。此外,元妃省亲在某种程度上是影射康熙南巡,康熙南巡时也有多处行宫建在寺庙附近,这便于皇家成员的礼佛。在皇妃省亲的大观园中建造一座尼姑庵,是贾府为了迎合元妃的拜佛需要,本质上也反映了清宫中有较强的佛教信仰。In order to welcome the homecoming of Jia Yuanchun,an imperial concubine,Jia family spend a lot of money building the Grand View Garden where there is a nunnery named the Green Lattice Nunnery.Cao Xueqin and Zhipi,however,did not reveal the reason and function of its construction.Since the emperors of Qing Dynasty have varied degrees of faith in Buddhism,they build many ritual sites in the palace or royal gardens so as to facilitate their Buddhist rituals.The Buddhist nunnery in the Grand View Garden for the homecoming of Jia Yuanchun is actually originated from the Buddhist beliefs of Qing Palace.In addition,the homecoming of the imperial concubine to some extent reflects the southern inspection of Emperor Kangxi.When Emperor Kangxi visits the Jiangnan area,many ritual places are also built near the temples,which is convenient for the royal members to have their Buddhist rituals.The construction of a nunnery in the Grand View Garden not only caters to the needs of the imperial concubine’s belief,but also reflects the strong Buddhist beliefs of Qing Palace.
