摘　　要：关于平衡计分卡在我国政府信息外包服务绩效管理中的应用鲜见报道。针对X市政府信息外包服务事业,探索和构建平衡计分卡绩效评价体系,并通过体系指标的讨论,初步验证平衡计分卡理论在我国政府信息外包服务绩效管理中的可行性。There are few reports on the application of balanced scorecard in the performance management of government information outsourcing services in my country.For the government information outsourcing service business of City X,explore and construct a balanced scorecard performance evaluation system,and through the discussion of system indicators,preliminary verify the feasibility of the balanced scorecard theory in the performance management of government information outsourcing services in my country.
