摘　　要：本文结合QC活动前后的变化,利用近十年的设计投标数据进行比对,探析QC活动在设计投标流程标准化中应用的重要性。In this paper,the design bidding data of the past ten years are compared,and the changes before and after QC activities are analyzed to explore the importance of QC activities in the standardization of design bidding process.
