摘　　要：目的:研究鼻咽癌患者实施真空垫个体化塑形及头枕规范化放疗体位的固定精确度。方法:选40例鼻咽癌患者,观察组实施真空垫个体化塑形规范化放疗体位,对照组实施头枕规范化放疗体位。结果:观察组比对照组的X、Y、Z方向摆位误差均明显更小,P<0.05。结论:鼻咽癌患者实施真空垫个体化塑形放疗体位,固定精确度明显更高。Objective: To study the accuracy of vacuum pad shaping and normalized radiotherapy with head pillow for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: Forty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected. The observation group received standardized radiotherapy position with vacuum pad and the control group received standardized radiotherapy position with head pillow. Results: The positioning errors in X, Y and Z directions in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Personalized plastic radiotherapy with vacuum pad in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma has higher fixation accuracy.
