摘　　要：目的:儿童预防接种中实施规范化接种护理管理理念对疫苗接种率的作用。方法:儿童入组的时间为2019年7月至2020年7月,针对这段期间收治的儿童进行分析与调研,共120例,平均分成两组。结果:实验组之中的接种率要高于对照组,不良反应的概率要低于对照组。差异有着明显的统计学意义,p小于0.05。结论:对于0~6岁的儿童采取预防接种的管理,具有比较高的应用公价值,而且要优于常规的管理模式。Objective: To explore the effect of standardized vaccination nursing management concept on vaccination rate of children. Methods: Children were enrolled from July 2019 to July 2020, and 120 cases were divided into two groups. Results: The vaccination rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the probability of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The management of vaccination for children aged 0-6 has high application value and is superior to the conventional management mode.
