家电输入功率检测方法和判定原则的研究

摘　　要：家用电器输入功率是国家强制性标准要求的主要检测项目,其检测方法和判定原则在GB 4706.1-2005标准中已经有明确的规定。随着电气控制技术的创新应用,市场上出现了多种采用脉冲方式做功的电器,因该类电器在输入功率方面很难捕捉变化规律,国际电工委员会在最新一版标准中补充了检测方法和判定原则。本文介绍了输入功率的检测方法和判定原则,以及按照IEC 60335-1:2020版增补的"10%数据表规则",举例说明了脉冲做功器具按照国际标准进行检测的方法和判定原则。The input power of household appliances is the main test item stipulated in national mandatory standards,and the test method and decision rules have been clearly stipulated in GB 4706.1-2005.With the innovative application of electrical control technology,a variety of electrical appliances using pulse power have appeared in the market.Since it is difficult for such appliances to capture changes in input power,International Electrotechnical Commission adds test methods and decision rules in its latest edition of IEC 60335-1:2020.This paper introduces the detection method and decision rules of the input power and the 10%data table rule in IEC 60335-1:2020,and illustrates the detection method and decision rules of the pulse power apparatus accordingly.
