复方樟脑乳膏联合依巴斯汀治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方樟脑乳膏联合依巴斯汀治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选取2018年9月—2020年9月在南阳市中心医院治疗的96例儿童丘疹性荨麻疹患儿,根据随机数字法分为对照组(48例)和治疗组(48例)。对照组口服依巴斯汀片,10 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组患儿在对照组的基础上外用复方樟脑乳膏,2~3次/d。两组患儿连续治疗5 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状好转时间,免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和淋巴毒素(LT)水平,血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(77.08%vs 97.92%,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者临床症状好转时间明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组免疫因子IgE、LT水平明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-4、IL-17水平明显下降,而IFN-γ水平明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组血清IL-4、IL-17和IFN-γ水平明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方樟脑乳膏与依巴斯汀联合治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹效果显著,可有效提高免疫能力,降低炎性反应,安全有效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Compound Camphor Cream combined with ebastine in treatment of papular urticaria in children.Methods Children(96 cases)with papular urticaria in Nanyang Central Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control(48 cases)and treatment(48 cases)groups.Children in the control group were po administered with Ebastine Tablets,10 mg/time,once daily.Children in the treatment group were externally administered with Compound Camphor Cream,2—3 times/d.Children in two groups were treated for 5 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,the improvement time of clinical symptoms,the levels of immune IgE and LT factors,the levels of serum inflammatory IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γ factors,and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.08%vs 97.92%,P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immune factors IgE and LT in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the level of immune factors in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4 and IL-17 in two groups were significantly decreased,while the level of IFN-γ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the levels of serum IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γ in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Compound Camphor Cream and ebastin is effective in treatment of papular urticaria in children,which can effectively improve immune ability,reduce inflammatory reaction with safe and effective.
