摘　　要：目的:通过监测不同时间节点脑卒中患者健康知识评分、健康行为评分、自我效能评分的变化,评价基于医疗失效模式与效应分析的健康教育模式在首发缺血性脑卒中患者中的健康教育效果。方法:采用分层区组随机对照试验设计,将2019-01~12兰州市某三甲医院神经外科住院的120例首发缺血性脑卒中患者分为试验组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规健康教育,试验组给予医疗失效模式与效应分析的健康教育,比较两组不同时间节点健康知识、健康行为、自我效能水平。结果:试验组患者在出院时、出院后1个月、出院后3个月的健康知识、健康行为、自我效能评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医疗失效模式与效应分析应用于脑卒中患者健康教育中能提高其健康知识水平和自我效能,促进患者建立良好的健康行为。Objective:To explore the effects of health care failure mode and effect analysis in health knowledge,health behavior,self-efficacy of the ischemic stroke patients.Methods:A total of 120 ischemic stroke patients in neurosurgery department of Lanzhou grade three hospital from January to December 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the experimental group was given health education for health care failure mode and effect analysis.The health knowledge,health behavior,self-efficacy level of the two groups at the time of admission,discharge,one month of discharge,three months of discharge were compared.Results:The health knowledge,health behavior,self-efficacy scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group at the time of discharge,1 month of discharge,3 months of discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of health care failure mode and effect analysis in health education of stroke patients can improve the health knowledge and self-efficacy,and promoted the patients establish the health behaviors.
