摘　　要：目的:探讨一体化包干救援模式在急诊科批量伤员救护中的应用,为突发事件的应急救援提供信息与依据。方法:立即启动突发事件应急预案,快速评估伤员病情,精准实施高效救护,规范院内安全转运,积极开展心理干预。结果:所有伤员得到妥善安全救护,未发生不良事件,患者满意度100%。结论:有效的应急预案、高效的组织管理、智能的信息化支撑及优秀的人员储备在突发事件的处理中至关重要。Objective:To explore the application of integrated responsible rescue model in mass casualties in emergency department,so as to provide information and basis for emergency rescue.Methods:An emergency plan was carried out immediately and patients were assessed quickly.Treatments,standardized transportation and psychological intervention were implemented accurately.Results:Patients were properly rescued without any adverse events,and the patient satisfaction was 100%.Conclusion:Effective emergency plan,efficient organization and management,intelligent information support and excellent personnel reserve are crucial in dealing with emergencies.
