摘　　要：高尿酸血症是一种常见的嘌呤代谢性疾病,不仅可引起痛风,还可影响全身多系统。全世界多国均对高尿酸血症及痛风进行指南推荐。2019年中华医学会内分泌学会分会制定的高尿酸血症及痛风指南,通过3条推荐总则和10个临床问题的推荐,多维度解析了无症状高尿酸血症及痛风诊治的各个环节。不仅提出了新的概念,更对急性痛风发作、碱化尿液及降尿酸治疗做了细化及分层建议。本文将从该指南的特色亮点入手,对此指南进行解读,以助加深临床医生对高尿酸血症及痛风诊治的理解。Hyperuricemia(HUA)is a common purine metabolic disease.It not only could cause gout attack,but also could affect multiple systems in human bodies.Many countries in the world develop guidelines for HUA and gout.In 2019,based on the recommends about 3 principles and 10 clinical questions,Chinese Endocrine Society of Chinese Medical Association made a new guideline to explain the diagnosis and treatment for HUA and gout.This guideline proposed several new definitions,and suggestions about acute gout attack,urine alkalization and urate-lowering therapy according to different complications and strategies.Here,for purpose of helping clinical doctors to better understand the diagnosis and treatment for HUA and gout,we will interpret this guideline by combining the light-spots extraction and a clinic case report.
