摘 要:通过对膨化前后的稻草进行化学成分、扫描电镜以及X-射线衍射分析,探究膨化处理方法对稻草化学成分和纤维形态所产生的影响。同时通过对不同比例稻草膨化浆和废纸浆配抄成纸的物理性能检测,分析适合抄纸要求的混合比例。结果表明,膨化过程导致综纤维素含量明显降低,灰分、木素、有机溶剂抽出物相对含量有所提高;且膨化过程会使得部分木素脱落,纤维疏松分离,但不会对纤维素的结晶区产生影响;稻草膨化浆与废纸浆配抄成纸时,膨化浆占比20%~30%配抄得到的纸张符合要求。The chemical composition, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction of rice straw before and after extruded were analyzed. The effects of extruded treatment on the chemical composition and fiber morphology of rice straw were investigated. And then the mixing proportion of corrugated base paper was explored by testing the physical properties of paper made from different proportions of rice straw extruded pulp and waste paper pulp. The results showed that the content of holocellulose was decreased obviously and the relative content of ash, lignin and organic solvent extracts were increased during the expansion process. Moreover, the expansion process would make some lignin fall off and the fiber loose and separate, but it would not affect the crystalline zone of cellulose. And when the proportion of rice straw extruded pulp is 20%~30%, the paper made from rice straw extruded pulp and waste paper pulp can meet the requirements of paper making.
