酚醛树脂作为表面施胶剂的应用研究

摘　　要：研究使用酚醛树脂作为表面施胶剂对瓦楞原纸性能的影响,结果表明,瓦楞原纸经酚醛树脂表面施胶后,环压强度显著提高,耐破度有所下降;氧化淀粉对酚醛树脂有协同增强效应和改善液体吸收效应;酚醛树脂熟化程度越高,越不利于纸张的碎解、疏解。In this paper,phenolic resin was employed as surface sizing agent to improve the Properties of corrugated base paper.Through our research,we found that it could markedly increase the ring-crush strength of corrugated base paper,decreasing the bursting strength.Starch and phenolic resin have synergy enhanced,achieved good liquid absorption effects.The more fully harder phenolic resin was,the more disadvantageous to beating and untwining of paper.
