锅炉汽包水位测量误差的原因分析和处理措施

摘　　要：通过对某热电项目锅炉汽包水位误差原因的总结,分析了锅炉汽包水位中的汽包对静压的影响,阐述了当蒸汽负荷增大时,汽包水位也随之增高的原因;另外总结了环境因素对汽包水位的影响,以及通过启用平衡容器的改造解决汽包水位误差测量问题,并提出了解决措施,同时,对汽包水位计的工作原理和测量机理进行详细的介绍,为热电项目仪表技术人员提供参考和借鉴。By summarizing the error causes of boiler drum water level in a thermal power project,this paper analyzes the influence of the drum in the boiler drum water level on the static pressure,and expounds the reasons why the drum water level increases with the increase of steam load;In addition,it summarizes the influence of environmental factors on the drum water level,solves the problem of drum water level error measurement by using the transformation of balance container,and puts forward solutions.At the same time,it introduces the working principle and measurement mechanism of drum water level gauge in detail,so as to provide reference for instrument technicians in thermal power projects.
