摘　　要：利用大修机会,对兴澄特钢3200m^(3)高炉3座顶燃式热风炉进行凉炉检修。通过对硅砖热风炉凉炉方案的合理确定,采用强制通风凉炉与自然降温相结合的方式,按照计划凉炉曲线降温实现了安全顺利凉炉。总结操作经验,为今后硅砖热风炉凉炉及烘炉再生产操作提供重要的参考依据。Taking the advantage of the blast furnace overhaul,cool the 3 top combustion type hot blast stoves of Xingcheng 3200m^(3) blast furnace.Reasonably confirm the scheme of cooling the silica brick stove,combine the method of forced draft cooling with the natural cooling method to realize cooling the furnace safely and smoothly by following the planned cooling stove curve.Summarize the cooling stove experiences to provide important reference basis for the operation of cooling silica brick hot blast stove in future.
