摘 要:以甲基橙模拟染料废水为研究对象,采用超声波辅助活性炭吸附法处理含甲基橙废水。在单因素试验结果基础上,选取活性炭用量、处理温度和处理时间进行3因素3水平的Box-Behnken中心组合设计实验和响应面分析。研究结果表明,拟优化3因素对甲基橙去除率影响显著依序为活性炭用量>时间>温度;废水中甲基橙去除的最优佳工艺条件是甲基橙初始浓度40 mg/L、超声功率200W、活性炭用量9.8 g/L、处理时间20.48 min、处理温度32.54℃,在此条件下,甲基橙的去除率达98.36%。This study treats wastewater containing methyl orange with ultrasonic-assisted activated carbon adsorption.On the basis of the single-factor test results,different applications,treatment temperatures and treatment times were selected to carry out 3-factor 3-level Box-Behnken center combination design experiments and response surface analysis.The results were analyzed by response surface methodology with design expert.The effect of the three factors on the removal rate of methyl orange is that activated carbon dosage>time>temperature.When the initial concentration of methyl orange in waste water is 40 mg/L,the optimal parameters are as follows:ultrasonic power 200W,the mass of activated carbon was 9.8 g/L,the temperature was 32.54℃,the time was 20.48 min.Under these conditions,the removal rate of methyl orange can reach 98.36%.
