摘  要:铁路大修换轨作业施工中,对更换的弹条、扣板等旧料通过人工回收,劳动强度大,安全隐患多。设计一种铁路扣件自动回收装置,可提高回收效率,降低劳动强度,消除行车安全隐患。In the construction of railway overhaul and rail replacement operation,the old materials such as the replaced elastic bar and gusset plate are recovered manually,which leads to great labor intensity and many safety risks.A kind of automatic recovery device for railway coupler is designed,which can improve the recovery efficiency,reduce labor intensity and eliminate the hidden danger of driving safety.
