摘 要:现阶段中国电源结构仍以火电机组为主,以提高火电机组调节能力的方式来实现可再生能源消纳仍是当前电网主要的选择。文中构建了一个基于区间优化的火电机组灵活性改造模型。在经济性方面,针对火电机组在深度调峰阶段发电成本大幅上升引起单位发电成本大幅波动的现象,以全场景优化方法实现了多个场景的运行费用优化,并给出了综合经济性更优的方案。在潮流适应性方面,考虑到需要灵活性改造的电网中通常含有高渗透率的风电,模型中以全场景优化方法来处理高渗透率风电下的潮流不确定性,从而提供潮流适应性更优的方案。在模型的求解中,采用了多领头群优化算法和多属性决策方法,以确保所获取方案的综合经济性最优并能够最大限度地满足用户需求。最后,通过算例分析验证了所建模型的有效性。Nowadays,China’s power supply structure is still dominated by thermal power units,and it is still the current main choice of the power grid to realize the renewable energy accommodation by improving the regulating capacity of thermal power units.In this paper,a flexibility reformation planning model of thermal power units based on interval optimization is presented.In the aspect of economy,in view of the phenomenon that the significant increase of the power generation costs of thermal power units causes the large fluctuations of power generation costs at the deep peak regulation stage,a full-scenario optimized method is utilized to optimize the operation costs of multiple scenarios,and a scheme with better comprehensive economy is given.In the aspect of power flow adaptability,considering that the power grid requiring the flexibility reformation of thermal power units usually has high-penetration wind power,a full-scenario optimization method is adopted to deal with the power flow uncertainty with high-penetration wind power,and a scheme with better power flow adaptability is obtained.In the solution of the proposed model,a group search optimizer with multiple producers and a multi-attribut decision-making method are used to ensure that the obtained scheme has the optimal comprehensive economy and can satisfy the demands of users to the greatest extent.Finally,the effectiveness of the built model is verified through the analysis of the cases.
