基于“以学生为中心”教育理念的高校学生工作实践研究——以山东理工大学资源与环境工程学院为例

摘　　要：以山东理工大学资源与环境工程学院为例,对基于“以学生为中心”教育理念的高校学生工作进行探讨。分析了“以学生为中心”教育理念的内涵及高校学生工作坚持“以学生为中心”教育理念的现实意义,探索了“以学生为中心”视角下高校学生工作的实践路径。山东理工大学资源与环境工程学院坚持“以学生为中心”教育理念,在学生教育、管理方式转变上进行了实践探索,历经沉淀,基本实现富有资环特色的“五有”人才落地结果。Through taking School of Resources and Environmental Engineering,Shandong University of Technology as an example,the research explores the college student work practice based on“student centered”education concept,analyzes the connotation of“student centered”education concept and the practical significance of the insist of“student centered”education concept of college student work,and explores the practical pathway of college student work under“student centered”perspective.School of Resources and Environmental Engineering,Shandong University insists on the“student centered”education concept,practically explores the student education and management method,and basically realizes the goal of the cultivation of the talents qualified with resource characteristics and“five qualities”.
