摘  要:为了实现对液力耦合器机组的多点实时监控、组网传输并及时报警,设计了一种基于射频通信的液力耦合器多点温度、压力监测系统。该方案可实现现场单台接收设备同时采集并上传多台液力耦合器的状态参数,利用LoRa通信实现局域组网,配合相关通信协议实现高效组网、便捷监测的效果。并针对传感器设计与厂区局域网建立方面涉及到的射频传输、天线设计、组网建立、实时监控等难点重点进行方案分析,并进行必要的实验测试。测试结果表明:传感器信号质量高,传输数据稳定;LoRa通信组网传输信号稳定、范围广,基本可满足现场使用需求。A multipoint temperature and pressure monitoring system of hydraulic coupler based on RF communication is designed in order to realize multi-point real-time monitoring,networking and timely alarm.The scheme can collect and upload the state parameters of several hydraulic couplers at the same time by a single receiving device,realize local area networking by LoRa communication,and realize efficient networking and convenient monitoring by cooperating with related communication protocols.The design of RF transmission,antenna design,networking,real-time monitoring and so on,which are involved in sensor design and local area network establishment,are analyzed and solved.The test results show that the sensor signal quality is high,the transmission data is stable,and the LoRa communication network has stable signal and wide range,which can basically meet the field use requirements.
